摘要
员工敬业度的提升对于降低离职率,提高员工工作效率,增强企业创新能力具有重要的作用。而客户满意度的提升会帮助企业赢得更多的忠诚顾客,从而获得更高的利润。因此,对提升员工敬业度和客户满意度的策略进行了研究,以期为企业的不断发展壮大提供一定的参考。
The improvement of employee engagement plays an important role in reducing the turnover rate, improving the efficiecy of the staff and enhancing the innovation ability of the enterprise. And the improvement of customer satisfaction can help enterprises win more loyal customers and thus obtain higher profits. Therefore, the strategies of improving employee engagement and customer satisfaction are studied so as to provide some references for the continuous development and expansion of enterprises.
