摘要
基于模型的系统工程已逐步地成为了产品设计的重要手段。通过大量的结构、性能和行为特性模型的支撑,保证了在基于模型的系统工程的全寿命周期设计过程中,产品设计活动和数据的统一。质量可靠性是产品的重要设计特性,但从传统的设计模式到目前的基于模型的系统工程的设计模式,都存在分析源头不统一的问题,这也影响了质量可靠性分析的效率、可信性和准确性。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于模型的质量可靠性分析方法,通过与基于模型的系统工程的设计模型接口,快速地建立了功能特性与质量可靠性的一体化分析模型,并自动地完成质量可靠性相关分析,解决了面向基于模型的系统工程的质量可靠性设计分析问题,并以某机载姿态控制装置为对象,验证了该方法的有效性。
Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE)has gradually become an important means of product design.With the support of a large number of structure,performance and behavior characteristic models,the unification of product design activities and data are guaranteed during the whole life cycle design of the MBSE.The quality reliability is the important design characteristic of the product,but both the traditional design mode and the current MBSE design mode have the problem that the source of the analysis is not uniform,which affects the efficiency,credibility and accuracy of quality reliability analysis.In order to solve the above problems,a model-based quality reliability analysis method is proposed.Through the interface with MBSE design model,the integrated analysis model of functional characteristics and quality reliability is established quickly,and the quality reliability correlation analysis is completed automatically.The problem of quality reliability design and analysis for MBSE is solved,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by taking an airborne attitude control device as the object.
