Inspection of Purchased Equipment and Materials Based on Risk Control for Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

对于设备制造企业,外购器材检验是保证产品质量的重要环节。但受检验周期和能力等因素的限制,难以进行全面复验,因此,如何合理、可行地检验以使器件的质量得到保证成为了急需解决的问题。基于风险控制思维,提出了一种从外购器材的生产方、供应方和使用方3个维度进行风险识别的通用方法,进而针对不同的风险确定了各项检验策略,对于保障外购器材的质量具有重要的意义。

For equipment manufacturing enterprises,purchased equipment and materials inspection is an important link to ensure product quality.However,due to the limitation of inspection period and ability,it is difficult to carry out a comprehensive inspection.Therefore,how to carry out reasonable and feasible inspection to ensure the quality of equipment becomes an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the thought of risk control,a general method for risk identification from the three dimensions of producer,supplier and user of purchased equipments is proposed,and then various inspection strategies for different risks are determined,which is of great significance to guarantee the quality of purchased equipment and materials.
