可靠性技术在电子设备研制和试验中具有极其重要的作用,而可靠性技术水平的高低很大程度上取决于可靠性技术人才水平的高低。因此,加强可靠性技术人才的培养就是得尤为重要。从不断跟踪国外可靠性技术提升人才培养模式、加强课程体系搭建和积极探索人才培养途径研究等方面论述了如何提升可靠性技术人才的技能,对于加强电子设备可靠性技术人才的培养具有一定的参考意义。

Reliability technology plays an extremely important role in the development and test of electronic equipment.And the level of reliability technology depends to a great extent on the level of reliability technical personnel,so it is very important to strengthen the training of reliability technical talents.The methods of how to improve the skills of reliability technical personnel are discussed from the following aspects of continually following up the talent training mode of reliability technology improvement in foreign countries,strengthening the construction of curriculum system,and actively exploring the ways of talent training.
