摘要
电子显微术已成为研究生命和人类疾病的重要手段。本文对电子显微术在生物医学领域中的应用情况作了综述,着重介绍了在现代细胞学、分子生物学、医用病毒学、临床病理学及病因学所做的贡献。简要地总结了各类电镜的特点和主要电子显微术的应用范围,并依据它们在生物医学中的应用情况和自己工作中的体会,就如何正确使用电镜提出了一些看法,同时提出了一些在医学生物学研究中,值得利用电子显微术的课题和方向,元论在生物医学基础理论研究中,还是在临床实际应用上,电子显微术都将有其广阔的发展前景。
Electron Microscopy (EM) has been increasingly becoming one of the most impor- tant ways of studying life science and buman diseases.The aapplication of EM to the fields of biology and medicine was reviewed in this paper.Its contribution to modern cell biology,molecular biology,medical virology,clinical pathology and etiology was emphasized.The characteristics of various Electron Microscopes and the fields of app- lication of some electron microscopic techniques were briefly described.On the basis of recent application of EM and of authors experience the views on the correct use of EM were set up. It is obvious that the application of EM has a broad prospects in the basal biomedi- cine and clinical medicine.
