摘要
利用Matlab GUI开发了血流图像处理实验平台,该软件实验平台具有完成光学血流造影实验数据处理的功能。实验平台能够在界面中显示动态的血流散斑信号图像,并对重建血流图像进行功能处理,如对比度调节、背景分割、中线提取、边缘检测等。该实验平台操作简单,参数可变,效果理想,各模块间逻辑结构清晰,可扩展性良好,适合添加各种图像处理功能模块。
Based on Matlab GUI,an experimental platform for blood flow image processing is developed.The platform helps to process the blood flow data in the optical angiography experiment.In the interface,the dynamic blood flow image can be displayed and blood flow image process,such as contrast adjustment,background segmentation,center-line extraction and edge detection,can be achieved.The experiment platform has the advantage of simple operation,adjustable parameters,available processing results,clear logic structure and good extensibility which are suitable for adding various image processing modules.
