摘要
研究和分析公司内部各个生产装置计算机控制系统的网络通讯功能和特点,提出建立生产远程网络监控的几种方法,通过不断改进和优化,设计并建设完成了公司内部生产远程监控系统。本系统在保证控制系统安全性的前提下,充分利用现有设备和通讯网络进行改造,将不同的控制系统信号集中到生产调度室和网络平台进行显示和监控,同时将氨库DCS信号上传到省安监局监控平台进行显示,提高了公司生产自动化管理水平,为工业化与信息化两化融合提供了基础。
This paper studies and analyses the network communication function and characteristics of the computer control system of each production unit in Yunnan Dawei Ammonia Co.,Ltd.and puts forward several methods of establishing remote network monitoring system for production.Through continuous improvement and optimization.the remote monitoring system for production in the company has been designed and constructed.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the control system,the system makes full use of the existing equipment and communication network for transformation,centralizes different control system signals to production dispatching room and network platform for display and monitoring,and uploads the DCS signal of ammonia depot to the monitoring platform of provincial safety supervision bureau for display,thus improving the production self-production of the company.The level of dynamic management provides the foundation for the integration of industrialization and informatization in two ways.
