摘要
主给水流量调节阀是核电厂重要设备,主给水流量的控制用于蒸汽发生器液位控制。本文在研究了某核电厂主给水流量调节阀的性能参数及曲线后,基于RINSIM1.0仿真平台,运用流体网络理论进行建模,选取稳态工况及变工况在全范围模拟机上进行集成测试,测试结果表明本文所采用的数学模型是正确可行的,同时也验证了阀门性能参数的正确性。
Feedwater control valves are important equipments of nuclear power plant,main feedwater flow control is used for the SG level control.This paper analyses the characteristic and the curves of certain nuclear power plant main feedwater control valve,make a model with simfuild theory based on RINSIM 1.0,then integrates the model into to full scope simulator and chooses stable and dynamic cases to test the model.The result proved the math model can meets the requirements of simulator,and also proved the correct of the valve characteristics.
