摘要
主要阐述了长输管道自动化系统运维工作在区域化和自主运维管理模式下如何开展。以需求导向,从能力需求到队伍建设,从稳军心到强军魄进行了简要说明,提出各级互补的运维模式,并针对不同层级人员提出了能力要求和培养方式。
This article mainly talks about how to carry out the operation and maintenance of long-distance pipeline automation system under the management mode of regionalization and independent operation and maintenance.The article is demand-oriented,from capability demand to troop construction,from military stability to military strength.This paper proposes a complementary operation and maintenance mode at all levels,and puts forward the ability requirements and training methods for personnel at different levels.
