军队学历院校“电工电子学”课堂教学模式改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Classroom Teaching Model of "Electrical and Electronics" in Military Academic Colleges

针对目前军队院校《电工电子学》课程教学中存在的问题,提出了以学员为主体的'课堂讲授与学员自学'相结合、'小教员讲授与学员讨论'相结合、教员'做中教'与学员'学中做'相结合的课堂教学新模式,针对不同教学内容,采取与之相适宜的教学方法,突出学员的主体作用,通过师生间的交流互动,引导学员学会思考,真正融入课堂。

In view of the problems existing in the teaching of the'Electrical and Electronics'course in military academies,the combination of'classroom teaching and self-study'and'studentteaching and student discussion'are proposed.The new mode of classroom teaching,which combines with self-study and student-teaching,adopts appropriate teaching methods for different teaching contents,highlights the main role of the students,and guides the students to learn through the interaction between teachers and students.In this way,students will be very engaged in the classroom teaching and learning.
