"中国生命伦理学"到底是"意识形态话语",还是"科学话语"?这一问题可从"语境""思想"和"实践"三个向度的前提性反思进行察勘。各种"断裂的形态"或"话语异质性分布"产生了相互断裂或异质的理解视阈之间如何关联和贯通的课题。一种道德形态学的考察,由此凸显"中国生命伦理学"在"意识形态"和"科学"之间保持必要张力的重要性。在功能配置上,它表现为语境回归、反思性批判和实践关联性的视域之扩展,并贯穿一种对立面"和解"的策略。走向"和解"的理解范式的策略重点是:用意识形态话语辩识"中国价值",反省生命伦理学的"文化信念"和原则主义进路之间的关联形态;用科学话语融入实践理性和实践智慧,反省中国生命伦理学的"现代性"价值支点;用"科学话语"与"意识形态话语"的相互关联及其内在张力展现中国生命伦理学的合法性、现代性和实践性。

What is Chinese Bioethics,an ideological discourse or a scientific language?Such question could be explored through reflection on the premises of three different dimensions,which are context,idea and practice.A variety of fracture forms or distributions of language heterogeneity has generated subjects investigating the ways that fractured or heterogeneous views of understanding correlate and communicate with each other.And a study on moral morphology could consequently underline the importance of keeping a necessary bond between ideology and science,in the context of Chinese bioethics.In the perspective of functional configuration,it could be demonstrated as the return of context,reflective critiques and the extension of practical relevance's scope,as well as a strategy to go through contradictory sides and make a compromise.The essential strategic hints to reach a compromise in relation to comprehensive paradigm could be illustrated as follows:identifying Chinese value using ideological discourse,reflecting on the forms of correlations between cultural beliefs and principles advance in bioethics;incorporating scientific discourse with practical reason and practical wisdom,rethinking the basis of the modernity values stemmed from Chinese bioethics;presenting the legitimacy,modernity and practical nature of Chinese bioethics by utilizing the relevance and inner-correlations between scientific discourse and ideological dialogue.
