作为社会主义核心价值观的富强主要包括人民的富裕和国家的强盛。富强作为核心价值观的根据在于,它是由人类社会发展基本规律所决定的;它是由社会主义制度的性质所决定的;它是由我国社会的主要矛盾和基本国情所决定的。富强在社会主义核心价值观体系中居于首要的地位,是带有根本性、基础性和优先性的核心价值观。国家富强与否,关系到中国特色社会主义的命运大局,关系到社会主义核心价值观体系中其它核心价值观的命运大局。走向富强既要有道路自信又要解决好中国问题。"中国梦"和"四个全面"为实现富强指明了方向,汇聚了力量。确立意识形态话语权是实现富强的精神保证。

Prosperity,as one of socialist core values,includes the affluence of the people and nation's flourish.The reason why prosperity can be viewed as a part of the core value lies in that it is decided by basic regularity of development of human society development,essence of socialist system,main contradiction and basic situation of our country. Prosperity is a value with fundamental,basic and preferential nature,which takes the primary position in the socialist core values.Whether the country is prosperous or not,is not only related to the destiny of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also the fate of other core values in the socialist core values.In order to achieve the purpose of prosperity,we must be confident of our path and solve the problem of China as well.'Chinese Dream'and'Four Comprehensives'point out the direction and gather the strength to realize prosperity.The establishment of ideological discourse is the spiritual guarantee to achieve prosperity.
