当代中国话语体系建设与社会主义核心价值观“走出去”

The Construction of Contemporary Chinese Discourse System “Going Out” with the Socialist Core Values

一个国家是否掌握话语权,是否具有强有力的话语体系,不仅关系着国家的稳定与繁荣,而且关系到国家在国际社会中的地位和影响力。近年来,我国虽然在综合国力方面明显攀升,但国际话语权还相对薄弱,构建当代中国话语体系显得尤为重要。为此,应立足马克思主义中国化的新成果,以中国特色社会主义核心价值观为内核,在构建意识形态话语体系、强化学术理论话语体系、丰富日常话语体系三个方面取得突破。社会主义核心价值观作为中国话语体系的凝练,其对外传播是中国寻求与其大国地位相匹配的国际话语权的尝试。为了实现其高效的对外传播,必须充分利用外交话语,实现中国外交话语与当代世界话语体系的对接;在全球化、信息化、智能化时代,加强网络话语权的构建,占据网络话语优势,是社会主义核心价值观话语体系对外传播的重要途径。

Whether a country has the power of discourse and whether it has a strong discourse system is not only related to the stability and prosperity of the country,but also related to the status and influence of the country in the international community.In recent years,although China has clearly increased its comprehensive national strength(especially economic strength),the international discourse power is still relatively weak,and it is particularly important to construct a contemporary Chinese discourse system.Therefore,we should base ourselves on the new achievements of Marxism in China,take the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the core,and make breakthroughs in the construction of the ideological discourse system,the strengthening of the academic theoretical discourse system,and the enrichment of the daily discourse system.Socialist core values are the conciseness of the Chinese discourse system,and its external disseminationis an attempt by China to seek an international discourse power that matches its status as a big country.In order to achieve its efficient external dissemination,it is necessary to make full use of diplomatic discourse to realize the connection between Chinese diplomatic discourse and the contemporary world’s discourse system.In the era of globalization,informatization and intellectualization,strengthening the construction of the discourse power on the Internet and occupying the advantage of online discourse are important ways for the external dissemination of the discourse system of socialist core values.
