随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和社会主义民主政治建设的不断进步,公正问题引起了整个社会的广泛关注。公正问题的研究如果不能跳出西方"先验制度主义"的研究路径,在面向中国现实的基础上致力于消除现代世界的不公正现象,就难以真正构建具有中国特色的社会主义公正观。相对于中国传统社会的公正观,作为社会主义核心价值观的"公正"是生产力发展的价值诉求与社会主义价值立场内在契合的必然结果。在这种时代语境和问题意识中,机会公正是社会主义核心价值观之"公正"的重要维度,程序公正和实质公正共同构建了一套完整的社会公正保障体系,为社会主义公正观的内涵阐释和真正落地提供全面支撑。

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system and socialist democratic political construction,the issue of justice has become increasingly prominent and aroused widespread concern in the society.If the study of justice cannot jump out of the research way of Western'transcendental institutionalism',and commit to eliminate the injustice in the real world on the basis of facing the reality of China,it is difficult to truly construct a socialist justice view with Chinese characteristics.Compared with the traditional Chinese view of justice,as core socialist value,'justice' is the inevitable result based on the inherent combination between the value appeal of the development of productive forces and socialist values.In this context of the times and problem consciousness,opportunity justice is an important dimension of the'justice'in core socialist values.A complete social justice security system is jointly constructed by procedural and substantive justice.These provide comprehensive support for the interpretation of the connotation of the socialist concept of justice.
