摘要
模拟带宽是衡量高带宽数字示波器性能的重要参数之一,而被测信号的损耗是模拟带宽的主要影响因素。该文通过分析模拟通道的各部分电路结构及对高频信号的影响,从板级设计思想出发,通过引入微波集成电路,提出了一种高带宽低损耗的模拟通道设计方法。最后给出了对模拟通道的带宽测试方法,并通过实物电路,得出测试结果。因电路性能稳定、成本低,已在数字示波器的批量生产中得到应用。
The bandwidth of the analog channel is one of the important complications in evaluating the capability of digital oscilloscope,while the spoilage of the testing signal is the main factor in analog channel design.In this article,by analyzing the configurations of analog channel and the influence on high frequency signal,one method of designing the analog channel which will have a high bandwidth and low spoilage performance is proposed,depending on the combination of the holistic design mentality and IC.Finally,the means of testing the bandwidth of analog channel is introduced,and the results are revealed by testing the practical circuit.Also,the circuit designed in this article is applied in the digital oscilloscope production due to its stability and low cost.
