基于3S技术的土地利用变更调查出现的问题及对策

随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程的逐步推进,和经济建设有着直接联系的土地资源开发利用更加频繁。而我国人均土地资源不足,如何合理地利用土地资源成为一件关系子孙后代的大事。基于此,我国每年的土地利用变更调查成为一项事关国计民生的大事,对土地资源的合理利用、科学规划,土地政策的制订起着指导性意见。本文在总结现实中可能存在的问题基础上,结合了具体实践,提出了一些切实可行的解决方案。

Based on this, our country's annual survey of land use changes become a matter of great beneficial to the people's livelihood, rational utilization of land resources, scientific planning, land policy plays a guiding opinion. This paper summarizes basic problems that may exist in the reality, combined with the practice, puts forward some feasible solution.
