摘要
由于传动机构的反向间隙直接影响机床进给系统的定位精度和重复定位精度,为此采用西门子840D数控系统的主从控制功能进行双电机消隙。在系统转矩输出为零的区域附近,同时控制两套伺服驱动器对双电机施加一个足以克服间隙的转矩偏置。使得这一转矩范围内两个电机实施消隙驱动,而越过这个区域后,两个电机则协同出力。最终每个电机功率可选择为系统最大功率的一半,并且消除了机床传动机构的间隙。
because of the transmission mechanism of the reverse clearance directly affect the positioning accuracy of machine tool feed system and repeat positioning accuracy, therefore USES the master-slave control function of Siemens 840 d nc system with double motor backlash. Near the system torque output is zero area, at the same time control two sets of servo drive places a enough to overcome the gap of double motor torque bias. Makes the two motor torque range implementation anti-backlash drive, across the region and, after two motors colaborative efforts. Eventualy each motor power can be choose for half of the maximum power system, and eliminate the clearance of machine tool transmission mechanism.
