摘要
着重研究PLC数字化编程在永磁同步变频电梯控制系统中的应用,分析电梯控制信号的特点,利用PLC内部数字逻辑运算资源,使现有电梯控制程序更简洁,监控更方便,控制方式改变更灵活,改变PLC传统顺序逻辑初级阶段编程方式。
In this paper, we discuss the application of PLC digital programming in the control system of permanent-magnet synchronous elevators. Analyzing the characteristics of elevators’ control signals and taking advantages on the internal digital logic operation resource, it realizes a more concise control progra mming, convenient monitoring and flexible changes in control methods on existing el evators. The elementarily traditiona l sequential logic programming method is changed and transformed.
