KTC101系统在搭接皮带机控制中的应用

两条搭接皮带机由于没有煤仓缓冲,在开机、停机时容易因司机操作不当而导致出现事故,为了克服这个缺点,本文引入了KTC101系统,并将该系统在东滩煤矿四采扩大区三皮、四皮两条搭接皮带机控制中的应用作为实证分析,证明了该系统的应用既减少了人员配置,又确保了搭接皮带机安全、可靠地运行。

Two lap belt conveyor with no coal buffer,when starting and stopping easy for driver to have his accident caused by improper operation,in order to overcome this shortcoming,this paper introduces KTC101 system,and to expand the system in Dong Tan coal mine,four mining area three,four leathers two lap belt conveyor control as empirical analysis,the application proves that the application of this system is to reduce the personnel allocation,and make sure the lap belt conveyor safely and reliably running.
