PDM系统是一个以公司战略为指导,以产品设计为核心,以统一的科技研发与管理为基础,覆盖完整的产品研发管理全过程的协同管理平台。本文首先介绍了信息化的现状及建设目标,然后分析了协同管理平台的需求,最后对实施情况进行了论述。
