加快石家庄市民营科技型中小企业发展的策略分析

近年来,石家庄市民营经济发展迅速,实力日益壮大,实缴税金日益增多。2012年民营经济实现增加值3007.9亿元,占全市生产总值的比重为66.8%;2012年实缴税金363.6亿元,占全部税金收入比重为71.6%,占全市财政收入的比重为63.4%;2012年民营经济日均纳税9933万元,接近亿元。民营经济为石家庄市的发展扮演了重要的角色,比如带动本市整体的经济增长、提供大量就业机会、带活整个市场以及优化调整产业结构等等。在石家庄民营经济当中,有一些中小企业,大约3万多个,其中有一部分是民营科技型中小企业。笔者就如何加快石家庄市民营科技型中小企业的发展提出了一些策略。
