摘要
高校青年教师是教师队伍的生力军,是提高教育水平的有力保障,提高青年教师的综合素质和实践能力是独立学院可以持续发展的人力保障。通过对独立学院师资队伍现状和问题的分析,对转设后青年教师的培训问题提出几点思考。
Young col ege teachers are teachers of the force,is to improve the educational level of effective protection,improve the overal quality of young teachers and practical ability is independent institute more sustainable human security.Through the independent institute faculty status and analysis of the problem,put forward some ideas about young teacher training after institute successful transition.
