摘要
本设计考虑采用可编程序控制器、继电器和传感器技术,设计出一套实用水位控制方案。方案在硬件基础上配合软件实现了低警戒水位报警、并可切换手动/自动两种工作方式。利用高可靠性的PLC系统实现水塔水位的自动控制从而提高水塔供水的可靠性。该系统具有水源检测、电机故障检测、报警等功能,采用独立的电路实现超高、低警戒水位报警,超高警戒水位处理,并配有手动控制电机电路。
Consider using programmable logic control ers, relays and sensors to design a practical level control scheme. Program in the hardware with software on the basis of the low water level warning alarm, and switch the manual /automatic two methods of work. Using the PLC system to achieve high reliability of automatic water level control tower to improve the reliabil ty of water supply towers. The system has the water testing, fault detection, alarm and other functions, the use of separate circuits high and low warning level alarm, high warning level processing and is equipped with manual control motor circuit.
