济钢400m2烧结机主抽风机喘振的分析与处理

济钢400m2烧结机配套采用了二台国产主抽风机,其中一台投产后产生了喘振现象。本文分析认为喘振是由于风机转子不适应分区烟道设计引起的,更换进口风机转子后喘振现象消除。因此,主抽风机在烟道分区工况条件下,结合生产实际,探索提高国产风机转子的设计水平显得尤为必要。

Therefore, the main exhaust blower under the working conditions of flue partition, combined with the actual production, improve the design level of homemade fan rotor is necessary.
