摘要
建立一个描述计算机焦虑的理论模型,主要研究影响计算机焦虑的若干因数,并做了研究拟合效度校验,来验证模型系统的可信度和可行性;研究结果表明,充分整合运用现有计算机资源,鼓励计算机使用者应多方面参与计算机相关的课程与活动,以增加计算机自我效能感,降低计算机焦虑,从而提升计算机使用绩效。
Establish a theoretical model to describe the computer anxiety, mainly studies the effects of some factors on computer anxiety, and made a research on fitting validity check, verify the reliability and feasibility of the model system; research results show that, the ful y integrated use of existing computer resources, encourage computer users should be involved in the course of computer related activities, to increase computer self-efficacy, computer anxiety is reduced, so as to enhance the performance of computer use.
