一种宽频带短波功率放大器模块的设计与实现

主要介绍了利用推挽MOSFET功放管,通过采用集中参数变压器宽带匹配技术以及有效的热设计,研制出一种可靠性更高的宽带功率放大器。文章给出了测试结果。

The thesis mainly introduces Push-Pul amplifiers of MOSFET,by means of Lumped Parameter transformer matching and effective thermal design technology , more reliability wide-band power amplifier has been successfuly completed.The conclusions of the test has been presented in this literature.
