浅谈对高校党员干部腐败的看法

随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的出台,高等教育的深入改革被提上日程,其中明确提出要转变政府职能,落实和扩大大学办学自主权,推进政校分开、管办分离,探索建立符合大学自身特点的管理制度。现代大学制度要求转变政府与高校的关系,建立高校与政府和谐自主的现代关系。但现实中,政府对高校过度干预的现象仍然普遍,这种过度干预造成权力的"破窗"的易发,许多高校领导干部作风问题也由此产生。

With the 'national medium and longterm educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)' promulgated,the reformation of higher education has been put on the agenda,which clearly put forward to change the government function,implement and expand the school running autonomy of University,promote the separation of policy and school,tube do separation,exploring the establishment of the University's own characteristics management system.The relationship between modern university system requires the transformation of government and University,the establishment of a modern university and government relation harmonious autonomous.
