摘要
用光镜和扫描电镜对大豆叶片进行观察的结果表明,气孔和表皮毛密度及表皮毛分布方式在上下表皮间存在差异。中层叶片气孔密度高于上层和下层叶片;而中层叶片表皮毛密度则低于上层和下层叶片。不同品种叶片表面结构状态有所不同。蒸腾速率测定结果表明,大豆多数品种蒸腾日变化呈单峰曲线,中层叶片的蒸腾速率大于上层和下层叶片,不同品种的蒸腾速率不同。说明大豆叶片表面结构状态影响其蒸腾速率。
Observations of soybean leaves using optical microscope and SEM showed that thedensity of stomata and trichomes and the pattern of distribution of trichomes weredifferent at the (upper and lower) leaf surfaces.Middle layer had much more stomata butless trichome than upper and lower layer leaves.There were some differences in the struc-ture of leaf surface between cultivars.Transpiration rate measurement showed that the daytime variation of transpirationrate of most cultivars tested was a single peak curve and the middle layer leaves had ahigher transpiration rate than upper or lower layer leaves,indicating that there was somerelationship between the structure of leaf surface and the transpiration rate in soybean.
