摘要
本文首次提出了列联表法在小麦育种上的应用问题,并对这种方法进行了适当的改进。采用此法对1975—1986年的育种历史资料进行了具体整理和分析。以河南省近年来生产上大面积推广种植的5个品种6个主要性状的表现作为选择标准,建立了单株选择用表,试图为小麦单株选择理论的研究,探索一条新途径。育种实践表明,该法对小麦育种具有重要的指导意义。
The problem of the contingency table method used in wheat breeding is first proposed,so far as we know,and the method improved,in order to probe a new path for wheat sin-gle plant selection theory,the single plant selection table consisting of the contingency ratiovalue added coefficient and the linear comprehensive indexes p_j was established by analysinghistoric breeding information.The experiment materials come from wheat breeding infor-mation in An yang Agricultural Science Research Institute in 1975—1986.The charactersstudied involved plant height(x_1),spick No./plant(x_2),kernel No./spick(x_3),1,000-grain weight(x_4),growth period duration(x_5)and the single-plant yield.The selec-tion criterion of all characters was suggested based on the characters expression of 5 newwheat varieties growing in Henan province.The linear comprehensive indexes p_j is very im-portant for the wheat single-plant selection.The single plant grades and remained andabandoned wheat single-plant mainly rely on the mutual relationship among p_1,p_2 andp_3·p_j=c_1θ_(i_1j)+c_2θ_(i_2j)+…+c_mθ_(i_mj)(j=1,2,…,b).when p_1>p_3,if p_1/p_2>0.5,the singleplant is the best;when p_1<p_3,if p_3/p_2>0.5,the single plant is the worst.otherwise,the sin-gle plant is between the both.Practice proves that the method is of importance to guidingwheat breeding.
