摘要
利用九个蛋白质、脂肪和总量含量高低不同的亲本,采用 S=4的轮回式部分双列杂交设计,对亲本在 F_1—F_3的配合力作了研究。结果表明,三性状在后代的表现主要由基因的加性效应决定,随着世代的推进,这种作用愈显重要,三性状含量与世代的互作显著,互作主要由世代与一般配合力互作引起,但与平均的一般配合力比较,这种互作并不重要。亲本的自身表现是一般配合力高低的重要指标,通过早期世代的一般配合力效应可以预知后期的一般配合力效应。
The F_1,F_2 and F_3 generations of a set of partial diallel crosses among nineparental cultivars with different protein content,fatty content and total protein content wereused to study their combining ability.The results indicated that the heredity of these three traits was mainly determined byadditive effects,which became even more important with the advance of generations.Theinteraction between these traits and generation was significant;mainly caused bygca×generation,although it was unimportant when compared with the mean gca vari-ance.The performance of the parents was an important indicator for the gca effect in theprogenies,therefore gca effect in the later generations could be predicated through the pa-rents and early generations could be predicated through the parents and early generations.The application of these results in quality breeding was also discussed.
