摘要
研究了两个品种早生爱国3号和辛尼斯对菲律宾水稻白叶枯病菌4个生理小种、日本小种1和我国菌株的成株抗性遗传和抗性基因的等位关系。这两个抗病品种与感病品种沈农1033杂交所得的 F_1、F_2和 B_1F_1群体的成株抗性反应,表明它们均携有一对显性基因。将早生爱国3号同辛尼斯杂交进行直接等位性测定,并将邳早15和蚌珠芒分别与辛尼斯和早生爱国3号杂交进行间接等位测定,这5个组合的 F_2群体都没有分离出感病植株,表明这4个品种的成株抗性都是由同一基因控制的,并且验证了辛尼斯在 X_a-3位点上具有一等位基因。
The inheritance and allelic relationships of the genes for resistance to 4 races ofXanthomonas campestris pv.oryzae in the Philippines in two cultivars,Wase Aikoku 3and Zenith with adultplant resistance were studied.The study of F_1,F_2 and B_1F_1 pop-ulation of crosses between resistant parents and the susceptible cultivar,Shenong 1033revealed that the resistance in Wase Aikoku 3 and Zenith is controled by a dominantgene at the booting stage.Allelism tests between Zenith and Wase Aikoku 3 directlyand indirectly by making clrosses,Wase Aikoku 3/Zenith,Pizao 15/Wase Aikoku 3,Pizao 15/Zenith,Bangzhu-mong/Wase Aikoku 3,and Bangzhu-mang/Zenithshowed no susceptible plants segeragated in those F_2 populations from the 5 crosses.Itwas indicated that the adult-plant resistance of the 4 cultivars are controlled by asame dominant gene.It is confermed that Zenith has allalic gene at the X_a-3 locusfor resistance.
