摘要
用800和1200ppm B_9处理花生植株后,叶片增厚,叶色浓绿、株型矮化;叶片中淀粉积累和可溶性糖含量显著下降;叶片组织 ATP 酶活性提高,叶肉细胞质膜和韧皮部筛管、伴胞和转移细胞质膜上的 ATP 酶活性明显增强。结果说明 B_9处理使花生光合作用加强、碳水化合物运转快、与B。可提高叶肉细胞质膜和维管束细胞质膜上的 ATP 酶活性有关;韧皮部细胞质膜的 ATP 酶活性与光合产物的主动装人有关.
After treated with 800 and 1200ppm B_9,peanut leaves became thick,the leaf colour be- came deep green and the plant height got shorter.The accumulation of starch and the con- tent of soluble sugar in leaves decreased significantly.At the same time,however,the ATPase activity of leaf tissue increased and the ATPase activity at the plasmalemma of mesophyll cell and at the plasmalemma of sieve element,eompanion cell and transfer cell in the phloem also increaced obviously.The results showed that the increase of photosynthesis and the rise of transport of carbohydrate were correlative to that B_9 could increase the ATPase activity of the plasmalemma of the mesophyll cell and the phloem cells of peanut leaf,and that the ATPase activity of phloem cell would correlate with active- ly loading of photosynthate into phloem.
