正交试验法在自密实混凝土配合比设计中的应用研究

A study on the application of orthogonal experiment to the mixing proportion design of self-compacting concrete

本文根据自密实混凝土流变性特点 ,筛理出影响流变性的 8种主要因素 ,并按 L2 7(31 3 )正交试验表设计混凝土的配合比 ,经试验与优化分析 ,确定了多个强度等级的自密实混凝土适用配合比 ,并在复演性试验和工程应用中加以验证。

According to characteristics of flowing alteration of self compacting concrete, the author screens out 8 main factors of affecting flowing alteration, and designs proper mixing proportion of concrete through 3 level L27(3 13 ) orthogonal experiment table, and confirms mixing proportion of self compacting concrete in many intensity grades by experiment and optimizing analysis.This is verified in repeated experiments and engineering application.
