摘要
本试验将抗性组分分析法与单体分析法相结合,进行了小麦抗性基因染色体定位和抗性评价。结果表明,平湖剑子麦是抗性较稳定的中抗至抗病品种,其抗性基因涉及6D、7A、3B、5B和6B 等染色体。洪湖大太宝抗性基因和感病基因并存,是一个中抗偏感或中感品种。崇阳红麦属感病品种。延岗坊主的抗性基因位于染色体3A 上,感病基因位于5D 上,是一个中抗品种.万年2号麦穗前期抗病基因位于4D 和5A 上,是中抗品种。两种方法结合研究多基因控制的赤霉病抗性,能获得比较准确的结果和较多的遗传信息。
Resistance components analysis and monosomic analysis were used for chromosome location of resistant gene to scab and resistance evaluation in five com- mon wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)varieties.Ping Hu Jian Zi Mai.Hong Hu Da Tai Bao.Chong Yang Mai.Yan Gang Fang Zhu and Wan-Nian 2.Of which four varie- ties (PHJZM.HHDTB.CYHM.WN2) originated from the local variety of Zhe-Jiang.Jiang-Xi and Hubei Province.respectively.The other one (YGFZ) origi- nated from Japan.These lines were crossed with Chinese Spring monosomics. Segregation of the F_2's progenies from monosomic F_1' plant indicated that resist- ance genes of PHJZM are involved m0nosomic 6D.7A.3B.5B and 6B.while PHJZM is a mederate resistance and resistance variety and possess steady resistance. The resistant genes and susceptible genes both exist in the HHDTB.which is probable a mederaty resistance to mederaty susceptible variety.CYHM belongs to susceptible va- riety.Chromosome 3A carries a gene (or genes) for resistance and 5D carries a gene (or genes) for susceptibility were detected in YGFZ.which is a mederate resistance va- riety.WN2 belongs to mederate resistance variety.its gene (s) located in 4D. The data obtained in this study suggest that more accurate result and genetic infor- mation could be obtained when monosomic analysis and resistance components analy- sis both were used to test scab resistance controlled by minor polygene.
