大面积深度烧伤创面处理体会

The clinical treatment of the extensively and deep burned surface

目的 探讨大面积深度烧伤创面的处理方法。方法 临床对 74例烧伤体表总面积 (TBSA) >5 0 %,其中 °TBSA>30 %的特重烧伤患者开展早期、分期切 (削 )痂植皮 ,用自体、异体或异种皮覆盖 ,力求尽早去除焦痂 ,创面得到有效覆盖。结果 取得了良好的治疗效果。结论 早期、分期切 (削 )

Objective To study the effective clinical trextment for wound surface of the patients with extensive and deep burn.Methods The studied group consists of 74 patients,with a total burn area from 50% TBSA to 90% TBSA,and full thickness burn area over 30% TBSA.Because of all the patients with large burns,excision of devitalized and effective coverage of wound surface should be accomplished in several times in a planned way.Results All the patients were sured,except for 6 patients died and 5 patients improved.Conclusion Early and extensive excision of devitalized tissues and effective coverage of wound surface (skin grafting) are keys of success in treating extensively burned patients.
