摘要
本文研究了外翻苞叶性状遗传规律,表明品系2453和2463的外翻苞叶性状受控于同样的基因系统,系由两对显性重复基因控制,基因符号暂定为 Fb_1 Fb_2。外翻苞叶基因具有量的累加效应:显性基因数愈多,相应的外翻苞叶张度亦愈大(r_1=0.9244^(**),r_2=0.9629^(**))。
The inheritance of two flaring-bract strains of upland cotton,2453 and 2463 wasstudied,the results indicated that flaring-bract was controlled by two pairs of domi-nant duplicate genes which were tentatively assigned as Fb_1 and Fb_2.The results also showed that the more numerous the number of dominantgenes involved,the more prominent the bract flareness will be indicate that(r_1=0.9244^(**),r_2=0.9629^(**)).
