目的综述头孢菌素的血液系统毒副作用及其防治方法。方法对头孢菌素的血液系统毒副作用加以分析整理。结果展现头孢菌素的血液系统毒副作用防治对策方面的最新成果。结论加强头孢菌素使用过程中的监测,采取积极防治措施,将有利于头孢菌素在临床中广泛应用。

Abstrat Objective:To systematically review the toxic and side effects of cephalosporin on hematological system and their prevention and treatment.Methods:Data on the toxic and side effects of cephalosporin on hematological system were obtained by review.Prevention and treatment were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable data on the prevention and treatment of the toxic and side effects of cephalosporin on hematological system were extracted.Conclusion:To aim at the toxic and side effects of cephalosporin,intensifying the monitoring and adopting active strategy for the prevention and treatment would benefical to its broad and safe application in clinical treatment.
