摘要
本研究以亚洲主要稻作国家的地方品种为材料,用淀粉凝胶电泳法,调查了8种同工酶的12个基因位点。调查结果证明:在 Amp-2、Acp-1、Cat-1三个位点上、在籼、粳稻中出现频率高的分别是 Amp-2~2 Acp-1^(-4)Cat-1~1和 Amp-2~1 Acp-1^(+9)Cat-1~2两种基因型,在以数量化理论Ⅲ分析的第1向量和第2向量所作的分布图中,第1向量的轴把226个供试品种分成籼粳两个类群,第2向量的轴把籼粳分成热带型和温带型。证实同工酶在划分籼粳类型和稻种分类研究上有一定的作用。
Local varieties from Asian countries were assayed for 12 loci of 8 enzymes bystarch gel electrophresis.The results showed that the genotypes with high frequency atAmp-2,Acp-1,Cat-1 loci were Amp-2~2,Acp-1^(-4),Cat-1~1 for Indica andAmp-2~1,Acp-1^(+9),Cat-1~2 for Japonica.Data were analyzed by the method ofQuantification-Ⅲ.On plane (axis 1 and axis 2),the first axis divided 226 varietiesinto Indica group and Japonica group,and the second axis divided both Indica andJaponica into temperate type and tropical type.It confirmed that isozyme analysiscould be used in the clssification of Indica and Japonica in studies on the origin ofrice.
