在分析了国际金融体系结构与金融市场的现状和动态发展的基础上,阐述了加入WTO对我国金融体系的影响,提出了培育资本市场、完善法律环境、加强市场监管、丰富金融工具、逐步实现混业经营的我国金融业发展的对策与建议.

In this paper, we discuss the influences coming from WTO on our financial system, which is based on the present conditions and the future developments of the international financial system and financial market. Some financial policies that we should use after entering WTO are proposed, such as cultivating capital market, perfecting law environment, strengthening market control, riching financial tools and synthesizing business.
