摘要 研究了微量元素 La,Sb,Ti和 Mn对 ZA2 7合金力学性能的影响 ,四种元素分别单独加入 .结果表明 :在本实验条件下 ,四种元素加入适量时 ,均不同程度细化合金显微组织 .La加入量在小于 0 .1 %时 ,提高ZA2 7合金的抗拉强度 ,而对合金的延伸率影响不大 ,略有降低 ;Sb显著提高合金的抗拉强度 ,但降低延伸率 ;Ti加入后抗拉强度和延伸率均有提高 ;Mn在加入量为 1 %时 。 Influences of trace elements La,Sb,Ti and Mn on the mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy are studied. The four elements were added respectively. In the conditions of the experiment, the results show that the grains and the structure of the alloy can be refined when the four elements were added to a certain amount in the alloy. When La was lower than 0.1% , the tensile strength of ZA27 alloy was improved. La has little effect on the plasticity of ZA27 alloy. The plasticity of ZA27 was decreased a little. Sb can obviously improve the tensile strength of ZA27, but the plasticity was decreased. Both the tensile strength and plasticity of alloy were improved when Ti was added in it. The properties of alloy were improved greatly when Mn was added to a certain amount (1%).
