摘要
本文在明确实验经费的来源与分类基础上,简略地指出实验经费在管理、分配中存在的问题,提出了实验经费的管理办法、具体分配措施和管理改革方向,供同行共同探求。
Based on the fully understanding of the sources of the laboratory funds and its classification, here I point out the problems existed in its management and distribution system, put forward some solutions, specific measures and the direction of how to reform them, it's only a reference for the colleagues.
