摘要 Krpple型锌指蛋白是一类具有重要功能的转录调节因子 .初步克隆了一个新的人类kr櫣pple型锌指蛋白基因 ,经国际基因命名委员会批准命名为ZFP2 8.此基因长 4 0 76个碱基 ,含 8个外显子 ,在基因组DNA上长 1 8kb .它编码的蛋白质全长 868个氨基酸 ,含 1个信号肽 ,2个KRAB框和 1 4个C2H2型的锌指 .NorthernBolt分析表明该基因在人类早期胚胎的各个组织中普遍表达 ,在肺和肝中的表达水平最强 .其结构和表达特征预示着它编码的是一个具DNA结合功能的转录调控因子 . Krupple zinc finger protein is a transcription factor with important function. We cloned a novel human krupple zinc finger gene and named ZFP28 as approved by HUGO nomenclature committee. Its mRNA is 4 076 bp with 8 exons, which span 18 kb in genomics. It contains 868 amino acids, including a signal peptide, two KRAB motifs and 14 C2H2 type zinc fingers. This gene is wildly expressed in the various tissues of human embryos, especially in the lung and liver. The structure and expression pattern implies it might be a DNA binding transcription regulator.
