摘要
在实际运行中 ,回转式空气预热器冷端金属受热面容易发生低温腐蚀和堵灰 .通过现场试验确定了大型回转式空气预热器在不同工况下低温受热面温度变化曲线和平均温度 .以试验结果为基础 ,采用空气预热器传热数学模型 ,用数值计算方法对冷端金属温度进行了数值模拟 .数值计算结果与试验结果吻合良好 ,为暖风器的经济运行提供了理论和实验依据 ,提高了电厂经济性 .
In practical operation, the cold end metal of a Rotating Air Heater iseasily eroded. This may affect the heat transfer and lower the economic operation. A steam preheater is normally used to increase the average temperature of the cold end. Because the heat transfer surfaces are rotating all the time, the measurement is very difficult. Therefore a smart method to measure the temperature was designed and the temperature distributions under different experimental conditions were obtained. A suitable numerical simulation model was selected and programmed in Fortran Language. The calculation results agreed well with the measured results.
