介绍了一种无荧光,对人、畜无毒害的抑制防塌剂MPA,MPA是一种分子量约为1万的聚醇改性产品。室内对改性聚醇MPA的抑制性、封堵效果、加量对钻井液性能的影响以及抗盐膏污染能力等进行了评价。结果表明,MPA能有效地抑制膨润土进一步分散,提高钻井液的抑制防塌能力,改善钻井液抗盐膏污染、抗高温的性能;MPA浊点物对泥饼、地层微裂缝具有封堵作用,使井眼稳定。经现场应用表明,经MPA处理的钻井液抑制性和封堵胶结能力强,流变性稳定周期长,滤失造壁性得到改善,起下钻畅通无阻,提高了钻井液的抗污染能力。MPA实际使用量为1%左右就能获得显著的效果。
A non-fluorescence and toxicity free sloughing control agent MPA is developed, which is a modified polyol product of the molecular weight around 10,000. The influence of such factors as its inhibition, plugging effect and adding volume on drilling fluid performance, and its slat resistance are evaluated in the laboratory. Testing results show that MPA can effectively inhibit the further dispersing of bentonite clay, improve the sloughing control capability of the drilling fluid, and its slat-lime resistance and high temperature tolerance; while the cloud point matters in MPA can plug the micro-fractures in mud cake and formation, thus makes the hole condition more stable. Field using indicates that by using MPA, the drilling fluid system displays better inhibition and plugging gelling capacity, stable cycle for rheological properties is long, filtration and wellbore building is improved, tripping operations are smoothly carried out, and the contamination resistance is also improved. Only 1% of MPA in the drilling fluid can obtain remarkable effects.
