摘要 针对英雄滩油田大 35块的具体情况 ,筛选出了 3株耐温试验菌。该试验菌组性能优良 ,并且皆能在加有一定量有机成分的大 35块地层水中正常生长、繁殖及代谢。用该菌组处理后 ,大 35块原油的流动性明显改善。在现场试验的 2 0口油井中 ,共有 12口井见到了增油效果 ,提高了原油产量。 Three temperatureresistant bacteria have been screened for the concrete conditions of Da 35 block in Yingxiongtan oilfield. These bacteria have satisfactory performance, and they can grow, propagate and metabolize normally in the formation water of Da 35 block in which some organic components are added. Flowability of the crude oil in Da 35 block is improved obviously after it is treated by bacteria.The field experiments of 20 oil wells are carried out, in which good response has appeared in 12 wells with the oil production increased.
