摘要
从旋弦线单螺杆泵的基本理论出发 ,介绍了旋弦线系列泵的基本方程式、主要参数、受力分析和效率计算公式 ,从理论上揭示旋弦线螺杆泵的性能。旋弦线线型是泛摆线的极限型 ,特征是定子有直母线边 ,螺杆具有反向滑移啮合特性。它的 1∶2结构与普通内摆线 1∶2结构相同。通过系列方程式导出 2∶3结构旋弦线螺杆泵比 1∶2结构单螺杆泵 ,具有螺杆每转排量大、定子单级承压高、泵截面有液压力偶腔、螺杆受力状态好、定子支座反力小等长处。且其效率比 1∶2结构单螺杆泵高 5 %~ 10 %。
The basic equations, main parameters, force condition and efficiency expression of single screw pump with rotary chord line are introduced. The performance of the pump is expounded on the basis of the theoretical analysis. Its 1:2 screw structure is identical with the common pump of 1:2 internal pendulum line structure. Compared with the single screw pump of 1:2 screw structure, the pump of 2:3 screw structure worked out by a series of equations has many advantages, and its efficiency is 5%~10% higher.
