摘要
针对目前油田作业废水处理量少且面广 ,处理费用高 ,且大多数废水处理工艺已不能满足国家对企业污染物排放达标规定要求的问题 ,研制出移动式作业废水处理装置。装置以旋风气穴浮选机为核心 ,配备水力旋流器和核桃壳过滤器。作业废水经过水力旋流器进行油水预分离 ,再经旋风气穴浮选机分离、沉淀 ,最后经核桃壳过滤器过滤三级处理后 ,最终出水水质可达到国家规定的排放标准。
To deal with the wastewater produced in various oil wells efficiently, a movable wastewater treating system is developed. The system takes vortex air pocket flotation machine as the core device, equipped with hydrocyclone and walnut shell filter. The wastewater is pre-separated by the hydrocyclone. And then separation and sendimentation process is carried out. At last, the wastewater is treated with the walnut shell filter. The quality of the treated water accords with the relevant standard of the country.
