摘要
针对孤东区块油田的特点 ,研制开发了适于高粘、起泡、含砂原油的气油水砂高效四相分离器 ,采用新型气液预分离筒、水洗、波纹板聚结填料、油水界面控制和射流除砂等工艺技术 ,成功地实现了孤东区块高粘、起泡原油先分水、分气、后加热处理的工艺。现场应用表明 ,该分离器性能可靠、操作维护简单、节能降耗效果显著。它的应用提高了孤东油田整体开发技术水平。
According to the characteristics of Gudong area oilfield in Shangdong Province, a high-efficiency four-phase separator for separating the gas, oil, water and sand in high-viscosity foaming sanding crude. By means of gas-liquid pre-separating device, water washing technique, coalescence corrugated plate, water-oil level control system and sand removing device, the water and gas in the crude are separated first, and the viscosity of the crude is lowered then by heating. Field use shows that the separator is reliable in performance, easy to maintain and has good effect of energy saving.
