大庆石化乙烯装置裂解炉降低稀释比的运行

摘要 大庆石化乙烯装置轻烃原料变重、裂解炉稀释比增加,急冷系统流程和换热能力原设计存在许多不足,自装置1986年开工以来急冷系统一直不能正常运行,没有有效的方法回收和利用裂解炉流出物中热量,虽然经过多次技术改造运行状况有所改善,始终没有从根本上解决问题。该文对乙烯装置裂解炉稀释比调整前后裂解炉的运行状况和急冷系统运行状况的改变进行了对比分析,并对裂解装置裂解炉和急冷系统的运行调整和节能降耗进行了简要探讨。 light hydrocarbon raw material became heavier and cracking furnace dilution ratio increased for Daqing Petrochemical Company ethylene unit,original design for quench system flow and heat exchange capability has many defects.The quench system did not operate normally all along since plant start-up in1986,there is not effective way for recycle and utilization of heat in cracking furnace effluent.This problem was not solved completely throughout even though many technical reformations have improved operation conditions some-how.It makes comparative analysis on cracking furnace operation conditions before and after dilution ratio adjustments of ethylene plant cracking furnace as well as quench system operation conditions changes,in addition,it undertakes brief inquiry into both operation ad-justments and energy saving-cost reduction for cracking furnace as well as quench system of ethylene unit.
