微乳法制备负载型胺化催化剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用W O型的微乳液 ,制成脂肪醇胺化的负载型催化剂。研究了制备方法对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明 ,利用非离子表面活性剂配成W O型微乳液 ,在固体无水碳酸钠的作用下制成的催化剂与共沉淀法制成的催化剂比较 ,催化活性高 ,还原温度低。前者在反应温度 2 10℃、催化剂加入量 1.5 %的条件下 ,2h内转化率为 97.9% ,其程序升温还原温度为 2 5 0℃ ,而后者在相同条件下转化率仅为 75 .9% ,其程序升温还原温度为3 80℃。 A supported catalyst for fatty alcohol amination was prepared by precipitating the active ingredients from microemulsions with anhydrous Na 2CO 3, and the effects of preparation method on the activity of catalyst were investigated. The results show that with catalyst/fatty alcohol 1.5%( w ), the amination of fatty alcohol could proceed at 210 ℃ with a conversion 97% in 2 h, and its reduction temperature in TPR is 250 ℃,whereas with the catalyst prepared by conventional coprecipitation, the conversion is 75.9% under the same conditions, and its reduction temperature in TPR is 380 ℃.
